As I work for my clients I must say that it is nice to notice that the WORLD is figuring out the benefits of social media in most aspects of business.   

There are a lot of old school companies out there that do not understand the  need to now make it easier for their customers to be able to jump across all of their marketing channels.   Cross channel marketing is important.   It is the same customers that what help on your Facebook page to visit your store in the mall.  Promotions should be coordinated.   Information should be provided.

For the most part, I believe that the economy has forced these companies

Everything chatters.  All channels matter.

I seriously am obsessed with dramatically improving success in 2011.    My clients and co-workers and teams are great.  

I am moving many of my sites “THE NEXT LEVEL” this year.   I am in search of partners, peers and others that can work with me.  At this time, I am seeking content pfoiders.

My philosophy has also increased over the past year where the more success, the more charitable contriutions.   Being a good person is important.

Google instant search has been officially launched.   The ENTIRE search results page (SERP) changes with each letter that you type.

The amount of power that it must take to do this is impressive.    I think that this will affect the habits of many searchers.

There will be many ways that online marketers will be able to take advantage of this.     I like it!

Facebook pages right now are having a problem as many people are unable to make certain comments and admins cannot reply to some posts.

This Facebook bug is causing major issues.  Hopefully they will fix soon!

Starting today, Facebook is rolling out new privacy controls that can be found in your account area. Hopefully this will help the cause for all. I do not think the too many hardcore Facebook users will tighten up their privacy too much. It is good to have the option.

I have been on social networks for years.     I can only imagine the costs involved of providing support to members of  Facebook and Myspace .   However,  There were a few times within the past months where it was very important to contact them.

If nothing else, they should offer a premium service of getting ahold of them.   If they wish marketers to use their site, they really should let us contact them in a timely manner when something goes very wrong.

I am a fan of both sites, I just hope that they improve on this.

Arghhh!   Facebook Fan Pages currently are mostly blank!  Not all of them, but some of them.  Coke – Pepsi – Spirit Halloween – Walmart – most of them!

This is one of those times when it does matter that they do not have an easy way to contact them.

What is going on?  Hopefully this does not last long.
