It is interesting to see Myspace attempt to grab some traffic and keep people on their site by allowing users to syndicate their Myspace statuses to Facebook easily.

They are trying.

I have been noticing A LOT of MySpace changes lately.

The way that things work are improving a great deal.    There are some issues that are NOT good regarding advanced design.    If I design something for Myspace members, the design should be able to look the same when you log out.   Having things look different is not a good thing.

If you want to compete with Facebook then you need to cater to designers and marketers.    Please do not mess up our pages!

Spencer’s has also now launched their official Twitter page at: http://twitter.com/shopspencers

Their official Myspace page is at: http://myspace.com/shopspencers

You know them.  They are that great gift shop in the mall (also online) where you can buy all of those funny gag gifts and novelty items.

If you like them, follow them and become friends.  You know that you like their stuff!

I have been on social networks for years.     I can only imagine the costs involved of providing support to members of  Facebook and Myspace .   However,  There were a few times within the past months where it was very important to contact them.

If nothing else, they should offer a premium service of getting ahold of them.   If they wish marketers to use their site, they really should let us contact them in a timely manner when something goes very wrong.

I am a fan of both sites, I just hope that they improve on this.
