			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Watching the news on television is different this year than ever before.   It is pretty scary how many heartless *&amp;*#$ there are out there who consider only themselves.</p>
<p>There are a lot of &#8220;executives&#8221; who would rather layoff their employees of 10 years than not get their full bonus.   Do not get me wrong, if someone deserves a bonus and is responsible for business increase, then they should get what it takes to keep that employee.    But if that employee is responsible for the company losing money, that person should be fired, not rewarded.</p>
<p>People and family is important.</p>
