			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am so pleased that YouTube won the case with Viacom regarding copyright.   I do think that YouTube should react to copyright infringement complaints just as any other site in history.  However, they should not be singled out because of their volume. The <a href="http://money.cnn.com/2010/06/23/technology/youtube_wins_viacom_case/index.htm?hpt=T2">Safe Harbor</a> should apply.</p>
<p>Viacom should embrace new technology and work with everybody and stop worrying about lawsuits.</p>
